Mr. Nichols has a very precise way of understanding your mental health needs, and providing a solution. He is very patient and intently listens, and knows the best questions to ask before he provides recommendations. He's highly intelligent and wise. I'm very grateful to have been matched with him.

I have never felt as safe and able to express my emotions as I have these past few weeks with Garland. He is incredible. He’s a great listener when that’s what I need and knows when to switch into solution mode. He has helped me start to sort through things I have never been able to start to process before. He also has a level of compassion that is rare.

Garland is wonderful. He is so easy to talk. In just a few sessions, I feel we have a great therapeutic relationship. He is sharp, focused, he listens and he is kind. We have done some really good exercises together that are already helping me. Garland rocks. He is the most genuine and competent therapist o have ever worked with.
